PTSD: Gentle Conversations and Reflection
|
A compassionate space to share and feel heard
Welcome, My heartfelt wish is that every word on this website meets you with gentleness, respect, and care. This space exists to offer calm conversation and quiet presence during moments that may feel heavy, confusing, or isolating. You are welcome here exactly as you are. This is a calm and compassionate space for adults who wish to share, reflect, and speak openly about their experiences. The conversations offered here are grounded in listening, presence, and lived experience, and are intended for reflection, personal insight, and inner orientation. In our conversations, I offer a steady and respectful presence, inviting you to pause, breathe, and gently explore what feels important to you. These conversations are shaped by your pace, your boundaries, and what feels right for you in the moment. Nothing is expected of you here. There is no pressure to change, fix, or achieve anything. This space is simply an invitation to be heard, to reflect, and to meet yourself with compassion. With Love and Light, Jeanne 💗 You are warmly welcome to reach out - here you can contact me to book a meeting.
Available in English, German, and French for comfortable, natural communication. Meetings take place online via Zoom in your preferred language. |

🌿 I also welcome adults who received a PTSD diagnosis later in life.
Through my own personal experience with late diagnosis, I understand how painful, overwhelming, and frightening this moment can be — the relief of finally having answers, alongside grief for the many years spent surviving without understanding what was truly happening. When trauma remains unrecognized for a long time, many people experience repeated burnout, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm. These experiences are not personal failures, but often signs that the nervous system has been under prolonged strain without sufficient safety or understanding.
These conversations offer a safe, compassionate space to feel understood, reconnect with yourself, and gently explore what supports your sense of stability, clarity, and inner orientation — always at your own pace and without pressure or expectations.

New: A Gentle Map of PTSD Reflection
✨ Many people with PTSD spend years trying to cope in environments that are constantly overwhelming for their nervous system. When the focus is only on adapting — on efforting to fit in and struggling to survive — rather than on finding the right fit and a sense of safety, exhaustion and burnout can quietly follow. This is not a personal failure, but a sign that one needs a more stable und suitable environment.
