My Personal Story
When I was younger, before the internet, my refuge was the local library. I searched for understanding and perspective on how to live with difficult experiences and make sense of my own challenges, including PTSD.
Through spiritual books, I discovered meditation and quiet reflection. Over time, these practices became a way for me to slow down, listen inwardly, and experience moments of greater calm and clarity.
Everything I share here — on this website and in the conversations I offer — comes from my own lived experience and personal learning along a spiritual path, as well as from what supported me during difficult periods of my life. These reflections are shared as personal insight, not as instruction or treatment.
Studying spiritual teachings gave me hope, inspiration, and inner strength. They accompanied me through many challenges and helped me relate to life with greater steadiness and awareness.
