Online Grief Support - A Compassionate Space for Loss
Life can bring deep loss that leaves us feeling overwhelmed, disoriented, and unsure how to move forward.
Grief affects each person differently. It can come in waves, sometimes quietly, sometimes with unexpected intensity.
When we are in pain and going through difficult times, even if people mean well, their words sometimes fail to bring us any solace. And others will tell us how we are supposed to feel, how we are supposed to react, or process a certain situation, and that makes us feel worse.
What we need is a listening heart that is understanding and offers us solace by providing an open space, without trying to fix, change, or alter our feelings.
Whether your loss is recent or many years old, it can affect your body, your thoughts, your sleep, and your sense of stability.
I understand these paths not only through my work, but through my own lived experience. That is why I offer a steady and compassionate space where you are welcome to speak openly about your loss, your memories, and the emotions that arise.
In our one-to-one conversations, we move at your pace. There is no pressure to “move on” and no expectation to be strong. Your experience is taken seriously. Your feelings are welcome here.
In a world that often pushes us to keep functioning, grief rarely receives the time and care it truly needs. Yet grief cannot be rushed. It asks for patience, compassion, and presence.
You do not have to carry this alone.
If you are navigating loss and would value a compassionate presence to speak with, you are welcome to book a conversation.
With warm regards,
Jeanne
