PTSD Compassionate Conversations and Personal Reflection
Recovery from trauma is rarely linear. It requires patience, safety, and a space where your experience is respected.
After deepening my studies in Eastern and Western spiritual teachings, I became a Certified Life Coach and Reiki Master in the Mikao Usui lineage. Over time, I also trained in Advanced Pranic Healing, founded by Master Choa Kok Sui, and explored various other energy-healing modalities. Drawing from my own lived experience of PTSD recovery, I now accompany others on their healing path. Having navigated trauma and its long-term effects myself, I understand how non-linear, layered, and deeply personal recovery can be.

On this path of recovery, there will be moments of grief, anger, and pain. Let’s not push these feelings away or keep them bottled up. At such times, it helps to sit together, speak with compassion, and support one another.
If you are living with PTSD and navigating anxiety, you may sometimes feel overwhelmed by emotions, thoughts, or past experiences. This page offers a calm, respectful space for conversation and personal reflection. You are welcome here exactly as you are — without pressure, expectations, or the need to change anything.
This is a calm and compassionate space for adults who wish to share, reflect, and speak openly about their experiences. The conversations offered here are grounded in listening, presence, and lived experience, and are intended for reflection, personal insight, and inner orientation.
When we grow up in difficult or traumatic circumstances, especially as children, we develop certain coping mechanisms to survive. Over time, many people begin to better understand these coping mechanisms and relate to them with greater awareness and compassion.
In our conversations, I offer a steady and respectful presence, inviting you to pause, breathe, and gently explore what feels important to you. These conversations are shaped by your pace, your boundaries, and what feels right for you in the moment.
Healing is not a race, and there is no right or wrong way to move forward. What matters is allowing the process to unfold with care and patience.
The services I offer are here to accompany you with care, presence, and loving kindness.
Warm regards, Jeanne
